作者简介：

桑小川，上海市“一带一路”安全合作与中国海外利益保护协同创新中心研究员，主要研究方向包括台湾问题、国际关系理论、外交政策分析、一带一路港口布局和中国传统安全战略思想。2017年获得比利时根特大学政治学博士学位，2017-2019年华东政法大学-上海政法学院联合培养博士后。
