On the evening of October 23, the International Chinese Language Education Section of the School of Language and Culture (School of International Exchange) organized an online seminar on professional evaluation and professional construction.
Weng Xiaoling, director of the teaching and research section, first introduced the specific requirements of the professional evaluation work, divided the required evaluation materials into seven modules, and organized teachers to discuss the direction of education, professional orientation, teachers' morality awareness, ideological and political education, teaching norms, quality control and supervision, etc. The teachers exchanged opinions and suggestions, took the initiative to undertake the work, and clarified their respective division.
The teaching and research section further carried out extensive discussions on professional construction and development planning.
This teaching and research activity has enhanced the cohesion of the teaching and research section, enhanced the understanding of professional construction, and achieved good results.
