袁小玉，副教授,研究生导师。比利时鲁汶大学犯罪学博士，中国政法大学刑法学硕士，西南政法大学法学学士。英国牛津大学、澳大利亚昆士兰大学、昆士兰科技大学访问学者。从事刑事法、犯罪学领域的学术研究。
